24/7 Access

Exercise when it suits you!

Finding time to exercise is easy when you have access to the gym 24 hours, 7 days a week! Fitness 24 Seven members enjoy the flexibility of 3 great locations, all with 24/7 access. Three great clubs, just ONE membership! Our friendly team are here to welcome you and to answer any queries weekdays from 6am – 8.30pm and 8am – 12pm weekends. We guarantee you will always be greeted with a smile!

Child Minding

Parents, Take some time for you!

We understand that when you’re a busy Mum & Dad finding the time to get to the gym can be tough, which is why we offer child minding at our Lavington gym. Either jump into one of the popular group fitness programs, or simply enjoy some time to yourself! For Mum’s recently returning to exercise after pregnancy we offer a personalised program with our experienced trainers to get you back training safely. With an experienced and qualified team you can be sure your children are in safe hands!

Our educated Trainers include a combination of strength based, cardio and interval training exercises to maximise results & ensure you get the most out of each workout. With a maximum of 10 participants per class, our small group functional training sessions are perfect for those who want the benefits of group training, without the crowd! Casual Memberships

Just visiting? We do casual memberships!

Visiting the area and looking for somewhere to workout? We offer casual visits at just $14 for adults and $12 for students! We also have short term memberships available from 1 week to 1 month!
